This wine personifies the unique characteristics of this singular varietal: intense violet color, aromas of ripe plums with hints of chocolate and vanilla, and cherry, violet and mocha flavors.. Enjoy its full body and long finish, rounded out by the balanced use of new oak.

Food pairing ideas:
Excellent with roasted meats, steaks, game, and medium to sharp hard cheeses.
