Yellow Tail Shiraz-Cabernet Australia 2003

Not our favorite but a good bottle of wine for an amazing price! ($4.99-$5.99) Vanilla oak flavor. Pick them up when you can. Went nicely with our Manacotti and garlic bread followed by a chocolate Easter egg.

Echelon Syrah San Luis Obispo, CA 2002

Very Light. Silky as the label describes it. Nice flavor if you are looking for a lighter shade of red. Laura isn’t down. Thinks it is a bit bla and not a great after taste. (we like the heavier/heartier wines more anyway) Not bad though if you aren’t really searching for the best red. If it’s on sale get a bottle or two and stash it. Not on sale, don’t waste your money. It’s not Echelon’s finest nor does it compare to their Pinot.

Vinuva Pinot Grigio Italy 2001

Beautiful looking bottle, crap wine. Bought it from Costco because it looked like a nice decoration. Figured we should just drink it. Not a good idea. No flavor, never again.
